On Saturday June 25th 2011 at 10am, Immortal Spirit Martial Arts will be hosting a Krav Maga 101 seminar. The seminar will be run by Mr. Jeff Pelletier, Certified Krav Maga instructor on the island with 26 years Martial Arts experience. This your chance to experience the world’s most battle tested personal protection system!

As part of the seminar, participants will learn simple and proven self defense techniques as well as get insight into the dynamics of an attack, awareness principles, what’s called the “Aggression Mind-Set” and more!
